All youth MUST have a current physical, flu shot, and Parent Orientation completed prior to practice.

CYPBMS Registration Instructions:

Complete your CYPBMS profile by filling out Parent Information, Child Information, and Payment & Billing.
Select Instructional Camps, then select your preferred camp/sport and the age group your child belongs to.
All information (Parent Information, Child Information, and Payment & Billing) MUST be completed prior to the first day of practice. If you cannot upload your records to the portal, please email welsee.parker.2@us.af.mil or visit the Youth Center.
Families will be contacted via email when the registration process has been completed.
