Manpower & Organization is comprised of a team of professional consultants who assist leadership at all levels in determining manpower requirements to accomplish the organization’s mission. The M&O team is responsible for enforcing USAF organizational structure, resource rules, and proper requirements.

As AMC’s wartime liaison, M&O is responsible for building UTC/DRMD requirements for local readiness exercises. M&O is also the focal point for Continuous Process Improvement and Innovation (CI²) online training classes, including Foundational Skills and Green Belt eLearning.

8-Step Practical Problem-Solving Method Class (PPSM)

To complement our Foundational Skills and Green Belt eLearning classes, we offer an in-person PPSM class with the 436th MXG on the last Thursday of every other month from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Those attending the class will learn: basic CPI theory concepts & tools, how to demonstrate process mapping, how to create a balanced SMART goal, root cause analysis tools, how to prioritize countermeasures for return on investment, the role of an action plan, & how to sustain and share results.
