About
CMSgt Katina L. Billue serves as the Senior Enlisted Leader, 436 Force Support Squadron, Dover Air Force Base, Delaware. In this position, she provides vital mission support through manpower and personnel, service sustainment, force development, Military and family services, community services along with mortuary affairs, honor guard, and installation readiness. She provides leadership and functional expertise to the Airmen that take care of over 5,000 military and civilian, 4,900 dependents and 16,700 retirees. Chief Billue facilitates the squadron commander’s vision, daily operations and advises leadership on enlisted force matters. She is the strategic advisor to the wing on morale, and quality of life programs and initiatives.
Chief Billue enlisted in the Air Force in January 1999 as a Personnel Apprentice. Upon completion of basic training, she attended Personnel Apprentice technical training at Keesler AFB, Mississippi where she graduated in April 1999. With over 24 years of active service Chief Billue has performed various duties at base level with various responsibilities ranging from Base INTRO Manager, Basic Officer Training School Assignments Counselor at Maxwell AFB, AL, NCOIC Customer Support Staff, NCOIC Detachment 145 Florida State University, Tallahassee, Florida, and Superintendent, Active Guard Reserve Branch.
She has deployed in support of operations Southwest Asia, Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation Southern Watch, Operation Freedom Sentinial, as well as Joint Task Force Bravo. She was the STAR Nominative/Capital Region Nominative Officer Special Duty Assignments Manager and Superintendent Joint/Developmental Special Duty at Headquarters Air Force Personnel Center, JBSA Randolph, Texas, and Senior Enlisted Leader at Edwards Air Force Base, California. Prior to her current position, Chief Billue served as the Senior Enlisted Leader, 43 Force Support Squadron, Pope Army Airfield, North Carolina.
